Job Description
- Evaluate the departments daytoday requirements.
- Monitors and verifies accompanying shipping documents (Bills of Lading Commercial invoices packing lists Certificates of Origin Halal Certificates and Health Certificates).
- Creates reviews and modifies new items in ERP Master Software.
- Organizes the initiation of PO (purchase orders).
- Communicate with local and overseas suppliers on order requirement changes (adjustments to the delivery schedule ordered quantities cancellations etc.).
