Job Description
**Role: LEAD FULL STACK**

To bolster this ambition theyre seeking a visionary Chief Technical Architect to guide their engineering squad.
**The Opportunity**
In this pivotal role youll steer their talented technical crew towards new heights of innovation and excellence working in sync with their seasoned CTO and a compact team of 5 engineers who excel in both front and backend development.
Youll be the catalyst that propels product performance and will set the trajectory for their technology roadmap poised to step into the shoes of their current freelance lead developer in the short term.
**Your Responsibilities**
Orchestrating a team of five engineers
Aligning closely with the Product Manager to propel the products business success via roadmap planning quality enhancement and usability optimization
Contributing handson to backend frontend or infrastructure code
Pioneering product enhancements in functionality scalability and usability
Spearheading the development of new features within the product and APIs
Conducting and learning from code reviews
Championing technical health of the product proposing and executing technical uplifts
Undertaking team leadership duties recruitment performance tracking feedback provision
Facilitating the professional growth of each team member
**About You**
Youve spent 5 years honing your skills as a FullStack Developer with a penchant for SaaS backend and frontend development
You possess half a decade of experience with Python Typescript
Youre fluent in Django and React
Youve worked with Docker and Git
Youre comfortable using public cloud services like AWS
Youve had the experience of helming a small team
Youre just as excited about rolling up your sleeves and coding as you are about guiding your team
Youre proactive understand the importance of clear communication and thrive in a coaching role
Youre an adept communicator with excellent interpersonal skills able to work cohesively with an international team
Youre proficient in English and conversant in Dutch
Youre a natural problemsolver dataoriented and adept at converting ideas into action
