**Role Overview:**
The expected candidate should not anticipate a standard you ask we deliver scenario. Our client places a premium on delving deep into understanding the core issues and formulating viable solutions. Recognizing potential brainstorming innovative ideas and then mobilizing effectively are integral to the role.
Within our clients team the incumbent will often be tasked with conceptualizing and executing entirely new propositions. Taking complete ownership of team formation technology choices architectural builds and modus operandi for projects is par for the course. For every project the adoption of best practices is imperative. Furthermore the consultants are adept in various best practices including CI/CD testdriven development infrastructure as code trunkbased development pair programming and true agile methodologies. Such practices empower them to craft eliteperforming software development teams.

**Essential Qualifications and Skills:**
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development or relevant field.
A Technical Bachelors degree from a Dutch University.
Proficient in Dutch and English languages.
**Technical Skills:**
Proficiency in C# .net Java TypeScript Angular React and JavaScript.
A Masters in Computer Science (MSc) is preferable.
**Soft Skills:**
Outstanding communication abilities.
