Job Description
Operations Manager
Salary Range: 45K to 50K
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance workflow management and improve the efficiency of all employees.
- Structure and shape the working culture for increased productivity.
- Follow up with employees to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Make sure KPIs within the firm are met.
- Manage employee relations.
- Facilitate communication between teams and leadership.
- Address employee queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 34 years of experience preferably within a startup or techdriven organization.
- Very strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Proactive and solutionoriented mindset with a focus on improving efficiency and workflow management.
