Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB Develop BA Artifacts for IAI&DT TraditionalVisual Analytics Data Team projects by carrying out BA tasks such as requirements management delivering datadriven recommendations stakeholder management and communications. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
-
Elicit analyze and document business requirements from business users and stakeholders. -
Analyze and translate business needs into detailed specifications functional requirements. -
Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather business requirements and present the solutions.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
-
Perform data and requirements analysis to support business decisions and improve processes. -
Create and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communications & Management:
-
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the Data Analyst Team. -
Communicate effectively and timely with business teams stakeholders and data analyst team.

Solutions evaluation & Collateral Preparation:
-
Evaluate software solution create collateral material and recommend best fit for business needs. -
Create and maintain domain knowledge repository. -
Bring knowledge of latest trends and technologies in IT and Business Analysis.
Key Skills -
Strong analytical skills with ability to procure organize analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail & accuracy. -
Strong understanding of business analysis principles processes and techniques. -
Experience in preparing accurate impactful BA artifacts. -
Good understanding of Agile methodology and exposure to JIRA JAMA HP ALM etc any requirements management tools usage. -
Good understanding of SQL databases SDLC knowledge. -
Excellent problemsolving reasoning convincing and negotiation skills. -
Excellent written verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Educational Qualifications -
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Engineering or a related field. -
Certifications in areas such as Business Analysis Cloud Solutions
Business Analysis,requirement gathering,Data Analytics,reporting,Agile,JIRA,jama,sql databse,Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
