Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support principal to manage the daily operations of the centre
- Support in marketing efforts to achieve enrolment targets
- Manage manpower related issues (e.g. duty roster training and development)
- Work within licensing and regulatory requirements
- Coach and mentor fellow teaching professionals to raise productivity and performance.
- Support team in the planning and execution of curriculum development and delivery
- Teacher and parent management
- Lead in organizing and execution of Companys related events
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Preschool (Leadership)
- Preferably a Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Certificate in Special Needs or related field will be an added advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in leadership role
