Job Description
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching jobshadowing online training)
- Design and deliver elearning courses workshops and other trainings
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Requirements:
- 9 years of experience in learning and development principles and best practices with strong experience in soft skills and the full training cycle
- Must have Workplace Assessment and Training CIPD SHRM or recognized equivalent certifications
- Must have extensive experience in curriculum development of soft skills programs
- High level English and Arabic written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Learning Authoring Tools
