The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong background in technology innovation with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and generate groundbreaking ideas. They should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field and have a deep understanding of usercentered design principles along with proficiency in design software and prototyping tools. Additionally the ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and problemsolving skills strong communication and collaboration abilities and a passion for technology and user experience design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate transformative ideas that disrupt industry norms and shape the future.
• Research market trends competitor landscapes and emerging technologies to identify untapped opportunities.
• Evaluate test and prototype ideas to ensure practicality and feasibility.
• Partner with crossfunctional teams to bring ideas to life and deliver exceptional results.
• Lead innovation projects from ideation to implementation.
• Stay updated on technological advancements and manage intellectual property.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Interaction Design HumanComputer Interaction Intellectual Property & Innovation Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design software and prototyping tools (e.g. Sketch Figma Adobe XD).
• Knowledge of design systems and design libraries for consistent UI design.
• Familiarity with frontend development technologies (e.g. HTML CSS Python JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience in conducting usability testing and user research.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for technology software and user experience design.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and design trends.
