Job Description
- Application Development: Design develop and implement software applications based on user requirements and specifications. Write clean scalable and efficient code using programming languages such as Java C# Python or JavaScript.
- System Analysis: Analyze and troubleshoot application issues providing timely solutions to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues. Implement automated testing and continuous integration practices to ensure highquality software delivery.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for applications including design specifications user manuals and deployment guides. Document code changes and updates to facilitate future maintenance and enhancements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including designers product managers and other developers to deliver cohesive and userfriendly applications. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to improve code quality and team performance.
- Maintenance and Support: Monitor application performance and user feedback making necessary updates and improvements.
Provide technical support and training to endusers as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in application development or software engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C# Python or JavaScript along with experience in relevant frameworks and technologies.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g. SQL NoSQL) and web services (RESTful APIs).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
