Civil Engineering Manager
Location: Colombo Sri Lanka
Work Type: Onsite
Work Hours: 8.15 am 5.30 pm
Working Days: MonFri
Type of Appointment: Permanent and Fulltime

Requirements:
- B. Sc. in Civil Engineering 3 years of experience or TTI /NDT/NCT in Civil Engineering 5 years experience
- Experience in coordinating projects directly with the NSC and Consultants
Sound knowledge in AutoCAD/MS Project
Excellent project management and supervision skills
strong written and verbal communication skillsAge below 45 years
- Experience in AutoCad / 3d Software /MEP would be an added advantage
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Preparing Scheduling coordinating cost controlling and monitoring of assigned engineering projects
- Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable contractor and monitoring the project work in progress coordination with QS Draftsman and contractor
- Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions
- Carrying out site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of the work
- Cooperating and communicating with the Head of the Department and the other project participants to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the projects completion.
