Job Title : Tele Sales Executive (Industry : IT)
- Location : Colombo Sri Lanka
- Working Days : Monday to Friday
- Work Hours : 9 am to 6 am (UK time)
- Work Type : Onsite

Key Responsibilities :
- Outbound Calling :
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services
2. Clearly articulate the features and benefits of the offerings to generate interest - Sales Pitch :
1. Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of the customer
2. Address customer concerns and objections effectively to encourage product/service acceptance - Product Knowledge :
1. Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered
2. Stay updated on product enhancements features and industry trends - Lead Generation :
1. Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach and research
2. Document customer information including details of interactions and potential sales opportunities - Sales Targets :
1. Work towards achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the organization
2. Implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue - Customer Relationship Management :
1. Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
2. Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - FollowUp :
1. Conduct followup calls to nurture leads answer questions and facilitate the sales process
2. Keep track of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly
Requirements :
- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Goaloriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
