Job Title: Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager (Industry: Real Estate Property)
Location: Colombo Sri Lanka
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Hours: Weekdays 8:30 am to 5 pm; Saturday 8:30 am to 1 pm
Work Type: Onsite

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- To identify and engage potential customers to promote sales of Condos and to achieve
mutually agreed sales targets
To prospect for potential customers in pre identified market segments
To follow up with potential leads generated and assigned through the marketing efforts of the company
To maintain detailed information on all sales activities in the company CRM software
and to achieve mutually agreed KPIs
To participate in company organized promotional activities in Sri Lanka and Overseas in
order to engage with potential customers
To maintain good relations with assigned customers of the company and to ensure
collection of all outstanding payments in a timely manner
To collect and present market competitor and customer information to the management
periodically as required
Requirements:
- A team player with excellent negotiation interpersonal and English
communication skills
- An advanced level of computer literacy is required and experience in CRM operations
will be an advantage
