Job Description
Our client is a global logistics company specializing in air and sea freight. With a focus on efficiency and reliability we provide comprehensive logistical solutions to businesses worldwide. Currently experiencing rapid expansion its Singapore office is seeking dynamic individuals to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Finance Manager the chosen applicant will collaborate within a team to ensure the precise and punctual completion of periodend accounting procedures and transaction processing. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions comprehensively.
- Providing support during periodend and yearend closing processes.
- Assisting in the preparation of intercompany balance transactions and associated reports.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and processing of all relevant payments.
- Fulfilling general duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum requirement of a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications especially MS Excel.
- Detailoriented and wellorganized with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Capable of working collaboratively within a team and following instructions accurately.
- Demonstrates a high level of accuracy trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Available to commence work immediately or with short notice.
