Job Description
- Design develop deploy and maintain intuitive BI dashboards and reports to support decisionmaking and operational needs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather business requirements and translate them to technical specifications.
- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends patterns and insights to support business decisions.
- Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders and leadership creating clear and compelling presentations.
- Mentor and train junior team members to enhance the teams BI capabilities.
- Provide training and support to team members and clients.
- Prioritize multiple projects while still achieving deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with BI solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation including requirements design user manuals KPIs data processes and dashboards.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science Mathematics Statistics or related field.
- Having led a team of BI Analysts or other data professionals.
- Exposure to the modern Data Stack (dbt airflow data catalog).
- Knowledge of Snowflake.
- Experience on Python or R.
- Be a selfstarter that can deliver solutions and unique analysis autonomously.
- 6 years of experience in Business Intelligence.
- 6 Years experience with modern analytics tools such as Tableau or similar tools.
- Proficiency in scripting with SQL extracting large sets of data and design of ELT flows.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to embrace new technologies applications and solutions actively pursue professional growth.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Structured way of thinking with attention to detail.
- Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
- Ability to operate as the point of contact for the business partner.
- Handson experience with a collaborative version control system.
