Job Description
- Produce and create engaging videos and photographs that promote the Employee Experience.
- Film and document internal and external events related to employee experience capturing key moments and activities.
- Create new multimedia assets to enhance the organizations branding and showcase employee talent across all platforms.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align content with overall organizational and employee engagement goals.
- Edit and produce highquality video and photo content ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in multimedia production and employee engagement storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve content for future projects.
- Ensure all content reflects the organizations values and enhances the employee experience narrative.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in media production
- Must be locally available in Qatar with transferrable visa or under family sponsorship.
- Must be willing to join immediately
