Job Description
- Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process for healthcare roles
- Oversee offer management and negotiate employment terms
- Provide onboarding support to new hires for a seamless transition
- Assist talent acquisition in credentialing and licensing procedures
- Prepare reporting and feedback to evaluate recruitment effectiveness
Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in recruitment within the healthcare sector
- Knowledge in SAP
- Native Arabic speaker
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
