Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a User Documentation & Training Expert fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or onsite at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your tasks:
Producing/maintaining training material (wiki pages collaborative site pages etc.);
Configuring and testing the system for the training scenarios to be used;
Organize and give training/coaching sessions;
Provide guidance using social networks;
Support users in the review process of the documentation;
QA review of training material to ensure the defined standards and procedures are been followed;
Prepare storyboards and design graphics;
Creation of videos in order to explain the use of software to users;
Review of training material specifically videos with audio recordings;
Production of audio scripts;
Should be prepared to record own voice for video and/or appear in videos;
Create and maintain templates and standards and processes.
Requirements
University degree combined with 15 years of working experience in IT;
At least 3 years of work experience in online education or training preferably designing and implementing professional education products;
Very good knowledge of instructional design theories methodologies and best practices including interactive online teaching methods content;
Very good problemsolving skills as well as writing clear and structured documents;
Very good knowledge of building training material as well as coaching experience;
Very good communication skills with technical and nontechnical audiences;
Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and Jira would be considered an asset as well as knowledge of Javascript HTML CSS Ajax and SQL;
Excellent command of the English language.

Rate: onsite up to 360 euros max including your commission depending on experience
