Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for an Enterprise Architect fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your tasks
Create business architecture models that reflect the organizations strategies and goals;
Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers and management priorities;
Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance;
Provision of quality management plans quality assessments quality control evaluations and service level agreements associated with information system services or projects;
Business processes analysis from a technological perspective and assistance in the implementation of ICT related methodologies;
Provision of security studies security assessments and risk analysis;
Elaboration of functional and nonfunctional requirements and business case analysis;
Review of information systems enterprise architectures and provision of advice of technical evaluations and audit reports in relation with information systems.
Requirements
Master degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
Extensive experience of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF COBIT Zachman and others combined with actual experience developing and building models based on such framework;
Knowledge of enterprise architecture notations such as ArchiMate or BPMN;
Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools such as ARIS;
Knowledge of ICT technologies in general with particular focus on state of the art and emergent technologies like artificial intelligence blockchain cloud computing etc.;
Knowledge of Modeling and graphical representations and abstractions;
Knowledge of Business process reengineering;
Knowledge of Quality management and control;
Knowledge of Security with special focus on cybersecurity;
Knowledge of ICT infrastructure;
Knowledge of Project management business process management and cocreation/codesign methodologies;
Knowledge of the digital transformation of revenue administration and public financial management would be considered as an asset;
Knowledge of digital economy with sound knowledge of IT industry trends (e.g. real time economy) would be considered as an asset;
Knowledge of health systems and public health and/or of the education sector in particular the digital transformation of the education sector would be considered as an asset;
Knowledge of the financial sector and be aware of the most important risks inherent to its activities would be considered as an asset;
Knowledge in the area of eGovernment and digital public administration would be considered as an asset;
The following certifications would be considered as an asset: Project Management Professional (PMP) PRINCE2 Foundation Certified in PM2 ITIL certification;
Excellent command of the English language French would be an asset.
