Job Description

Our Client is seeking to hire at least two 35 year patent litigation attorneys to join our IP Litigation practice group in Austin. This team is extremely successful and frequently handles high profile litigation for wellknown clients. These are growth positions in a thriving practice group with a clear path toward advancement in the firm. We are looking for motivated associates who thrive in a collaborative inoffice environment with other seasoned litigators. Candidates must meet the following criteria:

At least 3 years of IP Litigation: We are only considering candidates with 3 or more years of IP litigation experience specifically focused on patent litigation. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running and be familiar with the pace and expectations of this highly specialized practice.

AmLaw 200 or equivalent experience: We are looking for someone who has been working on sophisticated matters at a highly regarded law firm.

Writing skills: Candidates should have exceptional legal writing skills.

Desire to be in the office: This team is extremely collaborative and invests significant time in the training and mentoring of associates in the group. To fully integrate into this team candidates should be enthusiastic about working in the office on a regular basis.
