Job Description:
- Analog design expert responsible for overseeing managing and handson design of the analog circuitry
- Experiences required
- Extensive industrial experience (15 years) in the analog and mixedsignal integrated circuit design
- Solid knowledge of Analog circuit blocks: design of voltage/current references amplifiers comparators filters temperature and voltage sensors oscillators LDOs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as EMI/EMC and safety.
- Mandatory competencies
- Language: Fluency in English & Japanese both written and spoken.
- Problemsolving skills: Able to solve problems and implement solutions autonomously.
- Social skills: Able to work in a global team.
- Tool skills: fluent in the use of Virtuoso schematic editor for circuit design ADE Maestro (Assembler & Explorer) for circuit verification and knowledge of Spectre simulator. Ability to use Unix/Linux commands. Ability to use Microsoft Office software (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook). Experience using version control tools (Subversion)
- Able to do highlevel system definition and derive blocklevel specification based on the optimal performance tradeoffs.
- Able to design various analog circuits from scratch based on a given set of specifications.
- Able to support the verification team in debugging measurement and/or yield issues.
- You have the drive to share your knowledge and look across teams to improve overall quality and execution.
- Able to set layout constraints and verify layouts are meeting the desired quality.
- Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
Skills that are a plus:
- Layout design experience
- Chip validation experience
- functional safety design and evaluation experience.
- Microsoft Visio
Language Requirement:
- Japanese (Native Level)
