Insurance Broker Customer Experience (remote)
Job Summary
We provide support for nonlife insurance services and the candidate will play a key role in establishing the insurance agency business in Japan and ensuring regulatory compliance. This position is critical to our success in the Japanese market.
Main Duties
Conduct online nonlife insurance solicitation policy signing and followup services.
Maintains a thorough knowledge of insurance laws and regulations and ensures compliance with them.
Prepare necessary documents reports applications contracts etc. and submit them to customers and insurance companies.
Lead inhouse training programs to develop human resources as a solicitor (as needed).
Application Requirements
Japanese Native
Experience in business
High school graduate or above

Experience in the nonlife insurance industry or experience in applying for a license
Experience in the nonlife insurance industry and license application procedures
Experience in customer service industry good communication and negotiation skills
