Job Description:
Seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and provide clerical support to onsite staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong ability to multitask and a friendly approachable demeanor. This role involves handling daily reception duties supporting office functions and ensuring a positive experience for visitors callers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Answer incoming calls redirect inquiries to appropriate personnel take accurate messages and respond to voicemails promptly.
- Greet and direct visitors ensuring proper checkin procedures are followed and that visitors are escorted as needed.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail including packages and courier deliveries.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed. Ensure supplies are stocked and accessible.
- Report facilities issues or maintenance needs to appropriate parties to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
- Provide general clerical support to onsite staff including filing data entry document preparation and other administrative tasks.
- Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as required to support office operations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a receptionist role or front desk management.
- 3 years of clerical experience in an office setting.
- 5 years of experience handling telephone operations and customer inquiries.
- 5 years of providing general office support is highly desirable.
