Job Position: Bilingual Receptionist Front Desk

Pay Rate: $15/hr
Shift: Working hours are determined by management to meet business needs which may include weekends and holidays.
Position Summary:
The Receptionist Front Desk is responsible for performing clerical tasks to support daily office operations. Key duties include answering and transferring phone calls sorting and delivering mail and greeting visitors upon arrival for meetings or staff appointments. This role ensures the reception area is welcoming and professional while supporting administrative functions across the organization.
Essential Job Functions:
- Welcome visitors by greeting directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Receive sort and distribute daily mail.
- Process petty cash transactions accurately.
- Provide administrative support across the organization.
- Manage correspondence and redirect phone calls as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary materials (e.g. pens forms brochures).
- Ensure office security by controlling access monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges.
- Accurately process truck operating receipts.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing photocopying transcribing and faxing.
- Assist with HRrelated duties as requested.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safe handling of equipment and tools.
- Follow Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for food processing.
- Complete daily logs and reports with accuracy.
- Perform other related duties as requested by management.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g. Word Excel Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and resultsoriented.

Physical Demands and Working Environment:
- Work indoors and outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions.

- Perform frequent bending standing kneeling climbing ladders and reaching.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
- Perform tasks requiring wrist hand and finger dexterity.
