Job Title: Onsite Recruiter
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Onsite Recruiter to join our team in Grapevine TX. The ideal candidate will have 24 years of recruiting experience a passion for matching talent with the right roles and a strong interest in the technical industry. This role requires onsite presence to facilitate interviews meet with stakeholders and manage the recruitment lifecycle for entry to midlevel technical positions. Key Responsibilities: Fullcycle recruitment for technical roles including fire alarm technicians VESDA system specialists data cabling technicians and fiber optic experts.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Screen interview and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
Post job ads manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and update candidate databases.
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews onsite visits and offer processes.
Promote Flex Tech LLCs employer brand to attract top talent. Qualifications:
24 years of experience in recruiting preferably in technical or skilled trades industries.
Knowledge or familiarity with technical roles such as fire alarms VESDA systems fiber optics and data cabling is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work onsite in Grapevine TX.
Selfstarter with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines. What We Offer:
