Role: Appian Architect and Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Techno Functional Appian Architect and Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Appian development projects engaging stakeholders ensuring the implementation of best development practices maintaining good documentation practices and providing leadership to a team of Appian Developers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of Appian applications ensuring they align with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Appian platform.
- Guide and advise Appian Developers in implementing effective Appian solutions while adhering to development best practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and optimize the use of Appian technology.
- Ensure that highquality documentation is maintained throughout the development lifecycle including design documents technical specifications and user manuals.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities by providing guidance mentorship and support to the Appian development team.
- Stay up to date with Appian platform updates new features and industry trends and actively share knowledge with the team.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience working as an Appian Architect with a focus on the technical and functional aspects of Appian software.
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into Appian solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team of Appian Developers.
- Indepth knowledge of Appian development best practices and design patterns.
- Solid understanding of BPM technologies and principles.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
