Profile: Team Leader
Experience: (3 to 5 Year as a Team Leader ) and also as a Telecaller they should have 4 to 5 Year Exp.
(They should have Experience and Knowledge of CRM Software IVR and Telephony System)
Job Summary:
The Team Leader Tele callers are responsible for leading and supervising a team of tele callers to
achieve sales targets provide exceptional customer service and ensure the teams overall
productivity and performance. The team leader plays a crucial role in commercial Real estate
property motivating training and guiding the team members to meet and exceed goals.
Roles:
- Lead and manage a team of tele callers providing daytoday supervision coaching and support to
ensure individual and team performance targets are met.
- Set clear sales targets objectives and KPIs for the team and monitor progress towards goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets provide updates and share best practices.
- Train new team members on product knowledge sales techniques and customer service standards.
- Monitor and evaluate tele callers performance providing regular feedback conducting performance
reviews and addressing performance issues.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to improve sales skills customer interactions and overall
performance.
- Handle escalated customer queries or complaints ensuring prompt resolution and customer
satisfaction.
- Monitor call quality and adherence to scripts and guidelines to maintain service standards.
- Analyse sales data team performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and
develop strategies for enhancing sales results.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to align efforts and achieve
organizational objectives.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment promoting teamwork collaboration and
employee engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitors activities to effectively guide
the team.
- Prepare reports on team performance sales activities and other relevant metrics for management
review.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing team
efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in a tele calling or sales environment
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate coach and develop team members
- Analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Resultoriented with a focus on achieving targets
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
