Job Description
Position: Snr Business Analyst Financial Systems Senior Levels
Location: Luxembourg (Onsite)
Daily Rate: 325 425/day based on experience.
- Slots for: Intermediate Level x 4
- Slots for Senior Level: x 5
- Contract Type: Time & Materials
- Start Date: 1 January 2025
- Application Deadlines: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team.
- Gather analyze and document business requirements for IT solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional and nonfunctional specifications.
- Support the implementation of IT projects by coordinating with developers testers and project managers.
- Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to validate requirements.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Skills and Tools
- Core Skills: Business process modeling requirement gathering stakeholder management.
- Tools: Jira Confluence MS Office Suite Visio.
- Methodologies: Agile (Scrum Kanban) and Waterfall.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in enterprise IT project implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
Requirements
What We re Looking For
- Experience: 7 years as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Skills: Expertise in process modeling stakeholder management and Agile methodologies.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Jira Confluence and enterprise IT systems.
