Job Description

Position:Digital and Brand Communication Manager

Job LocationAhmedabad

Role Overview: We are looking for a Digital and Brand Communication Manager to oversee and manage the domestic Ice Cream segment Parlour segment (Hangout Now Forever) and digital platforms. This role will involve handling all aspects of digital branding ecommerce quick commerce and modern trade communication ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital and Ecommerce Branding: Manage all digital branding online marketing content creation and communication across platforms such as ecommerce quick commerce and modern trade.
  • Digital Content Development: Develop and execute creative engaging content across various digital channels. Ensure content aligns with the business needs and marketing calendar.
  • Digital Campaign Execution: Ideate visualize and execute digital campaigns including content and copy creation. Manage digital activities from planning to execution including data analysis and reporting.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyze digital performance and activities providing insights through data crunching and regular reports. Track the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize based on datadriven insights.
  • Creative & Agency Collaboration: Work with media agencies creative agencies influencers PR agencies and internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution and creative direction.
  • Budgeting & Planning: Manage digital media budget including planning execution and analysis of spend to ensure costeffectiveness and alignment with business goals.
  • Market & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Conduct market research to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns and assess competitor performance.
  • Crossfunctional Coordination: Coordinate with ecommerce quick commerce teams and other departments to ensure seamless execution of digital and branding tasks.
  • Digital Media Strategy: Oversee all aspects of media planning buying scheduling and reporting ensuring successful implementation of digital marketing strategies across platforms.
  • PR and Corporate Communication: Handle online PR and corporate communication for the brand ensuring a cohesive digital presence.
  • Administration & Accounts: Manage digital domain administration including bills checking accounts and approvals related to digital work.
