Job Description

PositionVP/Business Head

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Business planning:

quarterly and annual business plans with clear metrics against which they will be measured and remunerated

plan to include growth strategies revenue goals annual and quarterly new market & service exploration existing branch/office profitability & growth client retention rates revenue generation outside the mandate out of existing clients conversion of project into retainer clients optimal resource allocation/utilisation etc.

continuous process improvement (learning and implementing best practices)

inputs for hiring learning & development so inhouse skills/capabilities are aligned to emerging trends and changing market needs

budget management collection cost control

2. Quality control/customer satisfaction ensure quality work is delivered to all clients; processes are followed across and overall csat scores are increasing

3. Risk Management identify and mitigate operational risks that could impact the agencys performance and reputation.

4. Operational leadership management of all teams facing clients across India across offerings

Account management support identify potential client issues account management gaps strategic and timely intervention make and present renewal plans get clients renewed at higher fees (similar and occasionally lower as well if market conditions are bad)

Client relationships (professional) maintain and build strong client relationships (more systemic and process driven and not so much as individual focused.

5. BD support support in lead generation proposals and where assigned closure of it as well (there will be separate BD person also reporting to the Promoter); the BD person role will be dual reporting

6. HR Inputs on talent being interviewed people strategy for each team and office or functional area support in resolution of HR/people issues

Marketing Provide inputs based on insights coming out of the market/ground so the strategy and tactics can be tuned accordingly
