Job Description
ensure timely availability of materials at optimal cost for the defined specification
2. Vendor Management Identify evaluate and establish relationships with reliable vendors
and constantly monitor their performance
3. Rate Contracts Enable fixed price long term supply contracts where ever possible
4. Store Management Efficient and effective store management to ensure availability of
material as required including maintenance of records to track receipt issue and storage.
5. CostBenefit Analysis Evaluate procurement options to ensure maximum value for money
while adhering to budget constraints.
6. Risk Mitigation Understand market cycles such as availability and price fluctuations of key
supplies and mitigate risks
7. MIS Procurement Issues and other relevant reports
