We are currently looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who will collaborate closely with the product team to achieve seamless web and mobile design and implement UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms.
In this role you will oversee all stages of the design process from conducting research to creating productionready designs while also providing support to multidisciplinary teams during implementation. You will also define conceptual foundations for design solutions execute UX flows define/apply visual design systems and prototype using various tools and methods.
Tasks
- Generating clear ideas concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end while staying uptodate on industry trends
- Setting up and maintaining constantly evolving design systems and libraries for portals/platforms to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints
- Creating wireframes storyboards user flows and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively
- Working closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with business goals technical constraints and user needs
- Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback to enhance user satisfaction by improving usability accessibility and interaction design
- Ensuring all design elements adhere to brand guidelines and reinforcing a cohesive user experience across all products
- Diving into all the details of the user experience and leveraging user research to inform design decisions
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in UI/UX design ideally in iGaming and/or B2B
- Understanding of UX and UserCentered design
- Experienced with tools like Figma Miro
- A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills particularly in complex web or mobile applications (eg. backoffice dashboards etc.)
- Ability to cooperate with crossdisciplinary teams and all levels of employees and management as well as multitasking
- Creative ideas with a problemsolving mindset
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently great attention to details
- Strong knowledge of design systems typography and colour theory
- Great communicator and teamoriented
