Job Description
- Hybrid approach 2/3 days from the office per week

Frontend Developer:
Our clients mission in the Tech team is to develop innovative new features while maintaining highquality systems. The selected candidate will report directly to the Head of Tech and will work closely with the Product and Design teams. As a Frontend Developer you will be contributing directly to the success of the products by materializing product teams visions into a tangible user experience.
Tasks
- Collaborate closely with both the Product team and the UX team.
- Work and enhance product performance and product features.
- Attention to detail on mobile and desktop applications.
- Collaborate within all levels of the organization to translate existing requirements into robust scalable software applications.
- Be responsible for maintaining expanding and scaling systems.
- Takes on challenges and does not take shortcuts in quality.
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies/industry trends.
- Act as a critical point of contact and supply technical feedback about how the application looks and works to other teams.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a computerrelated area of study
- 3 years of experience as a frontend developer
- Excellent in Javascript (vanilla.js) programming (or similar)
- ES6 SPA solutions and frameworks and Javascript build tools like Webpack and Vite.
- Static Site generation and ServerSide rendering hybrid solutions
- CSS animations preprocessing SASS
- REST APIs
- Source control specifically Git
- Experience solving browser and devicespecific issues
Knowledge considered a plus:
- Design and UX experience or a strong understanding of design principles.
- Vue.js
- WebGL/Canvas

Interview process:
- Screening
- Shortlisted candidates will need to complete a test via CodeScreen (23 hours)
- Technical interview
- Successful candidates will then have an HR interview (remote)
- Successful shortlisted candidates will have the final Tech Interview with Head of Tech and CTO (in office if in Malta)
