Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Cosmetics Production Management Manager to oversee and optimize production processes in a fastpaced manufacturing environment. This role involves utilizing SAP systems implementing Lean Manufacturing practices and ensuring compliance with GMP and ISO 22716 standards. The ideal candidate will excel at production planning resource allocation and process efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize SAP ERP modules (SD/MM/PP etc.) for production planning and management.
- Input analyze and monitor data related to materials and production status within the SAP system.
- Automate production reporting and process management using systembased solutions.
- Optimize production schedules and resources (personnel and materials) to meet operational goals.
- Manage raw and packaging material inventories including purchase requests and receiving management through SAP.
- Analyze process efficiency using SAP data and implement Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance operational productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SAP ERP systems (experience with one or more modules such as SD MM PP QM or PM is essential).
- Handson experience in production management within manufacturing industries (cosmetics pharmaceuticals or food production preferred).
- Knowledge of GMP and ISO 22716 standards and related experience.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
