Job Title: Enterprise Operations Specialist(US Citizens only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities: - Monitor enterprise systems servers networks and applications to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Proactively identify analyze and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Conduct regular audits and implement system upgrades or patches as needed.
- Provide technical support and guidance for escalated operational issues across the organization.
- Coordinate with IT teams to resolve service incidents and implement corrective measures.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and incident reports.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to align operations with business needs and goals.
- Communicate system changes upgrades and incidents effectively with stakeholders and endusers.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and operation of thirdparty solutions.
- Analyze system performance metrics and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline routine operational tasks.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies security protocols and industry standards.
- Participate in enterpriselevel projects providing operational expertise and support during implementation phases.
- Support the rollout of new technologies ensuring minimal disruption to existing operations.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks during project planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience with network protocols (e.g. TCP/IP DNS DHCP) and hardware (e.g. routers switches).
- Experience with enterprise backup and recovery tools (e.g. Veeam Commvault).
- Handson experience managing cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure Amazon AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understanding of cloud security and identity management solutions.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell Python or Bash for automating tasks and optimizing operations.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible Puppet or Chef.
- Expertise in implementing and maintaining monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk Nagios Datadog SolarWinds).
- Knowledge of event correlation and log management for proactive incident resolution.
- Experience with cybersecurity principles and tools (e.g. firewalls SIEM platforms).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as ISO 27001 SOC 2 GDPR or HIPAA.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
