Systems Analyst 3
Austin TX 78751 (Remote within Austin)
8 months Contract with possibility to extension
System admin duties may include server administration tasks domain/DNS tasks Administrating user/domain security and ITIL ticketing. The system analyst will provide support for critical TIERS systems 24x7 oncall rotation is required. Some weekend work is required. Support may require onpremises work at times.

Knowledge and experience of administering Windows Systems (Group Policy Kerberos NTLM TCP/IP WINS DNS DHCP PXE) Linux Network Administration IT Governance and Security/Privacy policies and tools. Indepth knowledge of Active Directory LDAP DN

Additional / Preferred experience supporting the following: Ansible SFTP/FTPS Kubernetes and opensource software. Ability to direct and organize work activities.

Strong ability to identify problems/issues analyze and evaluate alternatives and recommend/implement effective solutions.

Solid hands on experience supporting Windows and Linux systems on AWS cloud service providers (AWS Azure etc).

Experience providing server and application support on a 24X7 oncall basis and on a rotating schedule basis. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
