Job Description
Are you an experienced problem solver with excellent analytical written and oral communication skills Are you a team player and do you learn quickly If so then you might be the right person for our Returns Logistics Coordinator position.
Responsibilities include
- Oversee outside vendors handling customer returns of products.
- Specific Focus on Receiving and SEMs creation associated with Customer Returns within required turn time.
- Expediting priorities and managing exceptions.
- Responsible for oversight of vendor performance in support of Apple Americas distribution.
- Monitor key performance indicators drive performance and expense management.
- Evaluate existing capabilities for opportunities for improvement in systems and processes for tracking measurement reporting and analysis of Returns Logistics Operations.
- Experience desired in SAP SEMS Vendor and/or Customer relations.
The role entails monitoring reporting communication with Vendor and internal Apple Customers resolving issues and implement process improvements.
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
