Location: Redmond WA 98052
Work Shift: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Mon to Fri)
Pay Range: USD 15.00 /hr USD 23.85 /hr
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of previous medical device or related assembly experience.
Skills:
Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and learn new procedures due to product line and technology modifications.
Ability to understand verbal and written work instructions in English.
Ability to use basic mathematical skills (add subtract multiply divide).
Must be able to work in a clean room environment and follow clean room practices and procedures.
Ability to perform repetitive work per set procedures sequence and pace.
Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices Good Manufacturing Processes and Lean Manufacturing preferred.
Fine motor skills dexterity and eye coordination to assemble small parts using both hands.
Proficiency in operating manufacturing and measurement equipment.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Word Outlook Teams) MS Windows and sitespecific PC programs.
Other Considerations:
MondayThursday 10 hours/day.
Overtime on Fridays and occasional weekends as required.
Work in a clean room environment.

Responsibilities
Purpose/Summary:
The Assembler II is responsible for assembling highquality medical devices in accordance with established quality and manufacturing processes.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble inspect and test medical devices per manufacturing processes.
Follow instructions from Leads and Supervisors on priorities and assignments.
Work on one or multiple product lines as directed.
Accurately document information on device history records.
Crosstrain on multiple product lines as directed.
Apply LEAN principles to improve metrics.
Report material shortages to Assembler Lead or Supervisor.
Perform quality checks for product defects.
Verify component accuracy before assembly.
Operate equipment such as microscopes test equipment ultrasonic welders and rulers.
Maintain a safe work environment following safety guidelines.
Preserve confidentiality of documents and processes.
Perform all other essential duties as directed.
