Position: Skilled Mechanical Assembler II
Location: Pomona California
Experience Level: Intermediate (3 years relevant experience)
Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Mechanical Assembler II to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic a commitment to excellence and an eagerness to learn and grow. Reporting to the Production Supervisor and collaborating closely with assembly leads you will play a critical role in the assembly of highquality machines utilizing your handson mechanical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble machine components using hand and power tools.
- Interpret blueprints and follow specifications.
- Report issues to the Assembly Lead/Supervisor.
- Use Made2Manage (M2M) for job tracking.
- Follow safety protocols and meet deadlines.
- Transport parts assist with welding (TIG/MIG preferred) and perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma preferred.
- 3 years of assembly experience in manufacturing.
- Mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency.
- Welding experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing (80%) fine motor handling (50%) and near visual acuity (85%).
- Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs with wheels 40 lbs without.
- Indoor work with high noise levels (95%).
