Job Description

Job Title: Business Sales Manager (BSM) – Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP)

Location: Gurgaon Faridabad
CTC: Up to 7.5 LPA

About the Company:
We are hiring for a leading NonBanking Financial Company (NBFC) specializing in providing Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) solutions. The company is renowned for its customercentric approach innovative products and strong market presence.

Role Overview:
The Business Sales Manager (BSM) will be responsible for driving business growth in the Home Loan and LAP segments through an open market approach. The candidate will lead a team generate leads build relationships with clients and ensure revenue targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and acquire new customers for Home Loans and LAP in the open market.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the organization.
  2. Team Management:

    • Lead and mentor a team of sales executives.
    • Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to business goals.
  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers real estate agents and channel partners.
    • Ensure excellent customer service and prompt resolution of queries/issues.
  4. Market Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Provide insights to optimize sales strategies and product offerings.
  5. Compliance:

    • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements

  1. Experience:

    • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Home Loan and LAP sales.
    • Prior exposure to the open market vertical is highly preferred.
  2. Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products.
    • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  3. Educational Qualification:

    • Graduation is mandatory; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.
  4. Other Qualities:

    • Selfmotivated with a customerfirst mindset.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
