Backend developer
Description: Looking for a backend developer to provide technical expertise and work for day to day deliverables for the team. The chosen candidate will assist in the technical design of large business systems; builds applications interfaces between applications understands data security retention and recovery. The role holder should be able to research on technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions & should contribute to technologyspecific best practices & standards; contribute to success criteria from design through deployment including reliability costeffectiveness performance data integrity maintainability and scalability; contributes expertise on significant application components program languages databases operating systems etc. and guides/mentors the team during the build and test phases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- At least 3 years of AWS Cloud & Terraform experience.
- Experience on Python & Java in is must.
- Experience on at least one of: ci/cd pipeline build/usage OR professional experience setting up cloud infrastructure
- Experience in Test Driven Development Agile DevOps
- Exhibits strong teamwork and individual drive highly motivated with a innovation and growth mindset
- Ability to provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to development community
- Leverage techniques to create develop and mature an innovation culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kafka
- Hands on experience with implementing infrastructure and developing on AWS Serverless Computing service (Lambda aurora etc.)
- Knowledgeable on SRE Software reliability Automation performance engineering
- Follow best practices implement stack deployments create and maintain CICD pipelines that
result in secure and scalable platforms
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely technical business and management teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
