Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with 59 years of experience in the banking domain to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking operations and technology along with strong analytical skills to drive business solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in various departments including operations finance risk management and IT.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of banking industry trends regulations and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop detailed business cases project plans and requirements documentation to support the implementation of new systems or process enhancements.
- Work closely with software developers QA testers and other IT professionals to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Facilitate workshops meetings and presentations to communicate project status gather feedback and make recommendations to senior management.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts and coordinate with end users to validate system functionality and ensure a seamless transition to production.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of new systems and processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on banking operations regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
