Sub Arc Welder
Pay: $23$24/hr plus an additional $3 shift differential
Schedule:
- Training: Day Shift 5:00 AM3:30 PM
- PostTraining: Night Shift 5:30 PM6:00 AM
Employment Type: TemptoHire
Location: Broken Arrow OK
Weld Test Requirements:
- Initial Test: 3G MIG/Flux Core on 1 pipe
- PostHire: Sub Arc test completed onsite
About the Role:
Were seeking a skilledSub Arc Welderto join our team in Broken Arrow. This role involves performing precise welds on 1 pipe during training and transitioning to Sub Arc welding upon hire. If youre detailoriented safetyfocused and ready to advance your welding career this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate welding equipment with precision to produce highquality welds.
- Pass a 3G MIG/Flux Core weld test and complete an onsite Sub Arc test after hiring.
- Interpret job specifications to ensure accuracy in welding processes.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in welding or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks in varying work conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a teamoriented mindset.
