Job Description
A reputable healthcare facility located an hour from Council Bluffs IA is seeking a dynamic Radiologic Technologist to enhance their team. This position offers the unique opportunity to work in a setting that not only promises professional growth but also a high quality of life outside of work.
Pay Range:
- with CT: $2839/hr
- without CT: $2637/hr
Radiologic Technologist Opportunity:
- Employment Type: Fulltime directhire position.
- Work Schedule: Day shift with options for either five 8hour day shifts or four 10hour. Shifts include rotating weekend and holiday shifts. One night a week of oncall is required with a 30minute callback.
- Equipment and EMR: Utilization of Shimadzu Xray and Cannon CT equipment with documentation and management through EPIC EMR.
- Radiologic Technologist operates Xray and other imaging equipment to capture highquality images of patients internal structures for diagnostic purposes following safety protocols and physician instructions.
- Radiologic Technologist ensures patient safety and comfort by explaining procedures positioning them correctly and providing support during imaging processes while adhering to proper radiation safety guidelines.
- Radiologic Technologist performs routine maintenance on imaging equipment troubleshoot any malfunctions and ensure proper calibration. Also manage and maintain accurate patient records including imaging results and related documentation.

Radiologic Technologist Qualifications:
- Required ARRT (R) certification
- Required BLS certification
- Iowa Permit to Practice required upon hire
- ARRT (CT) certification is a plus!
- At least 6 months of experience is a plus!
