An MNC company in Malaysia is looking for HR Generalist to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drives Human Resource activities and processes such as staffing performance and rewards management organizational effectiveness employee coaching development and communication talent management recruitment organizational development and etc
- Initiates and leads innovative HR programs and practices to drive employee satisfaction career development and retention
- Defines recommends and implements employee communication strategies plans policies and guidelines in accordance with company s business objectives in order to sustain company s culture and enhance employees engagement
- Manage and coordinate performance review compensation planning employee handbook employee onboarding and etc
- Able to work independently together with critical thinking and strong leadership skills
