Job Responsibilities:
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Standby Assistance
- Medication Reminders

- Personal Care (bathing/dressing/toileting/transferring)
- Occasional client transportation for errands doctor appointments etc.
Successful Candidates Must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid Drivers License
- Be able to drive themselves to/from clients homes (must have vehicle)
- Be able to pass a preemployment background check
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a professional and friendly attitude
- Be honest dependable and trustworthy

- Ability to interact with families of clients with empathy and patience

Current Idaho state licensing and all other state-required documentation (or ability to acquire) Master of Physical Therapy Degree (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT) Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory Experience in outpatient clinics, special certifications (OCS, CSCS, etc.) preferred Familiar with electronic medical record (EMR) system Pelvic Therapy & Aquatic Therapy experience is a plus! Solid understanding of resourcing and performance evaluation procedures or willingness to learn Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g., patient management software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom) Clinic and corporate mentorship Passion for our core values; Wisdom, Performance, and Love
