Function Description
The External Staffing department within Sourcing & Procurement facilitates the hiring and contracting of external resources (Time & Material) and oversees the endtoend sourcing process. Partnering with stakeholders the department aims to:
- Support the business effectively and efficiently in meeting their external resource needs in terms of quality and timing.
- Optimize external spending.
- Safeguard supplier relationships while adhering to procurement norms standards and risk monitoring.
To support the Belgian entities we are seeking a motivated recruiter specializing in external staffing services to enhance the team. This role will involve working in a telework environment with an expectation of 50% onsite and 50% remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist business managers in defining function descriptions that enable the hiring of suitable profiles.
- Focus on ensuring qualitative sourcing by professionally screening incoming CVs and formalizing results to maintain a balance of quality and cost.
- Closely monitor open requests and collaborate with managers on necessary next steps.
- Adhere to procurement risk and compliance guidelines throughout the process.
- Contribute to the optimization of hiring processes and procedures.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the hiring process.
Requirements
Language Requirements
- Dutch: Good written and spoken communication skills.
- French: Good written and spoken communication skills.
- English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Education
- Master s degree or equivalent experience as a Buyer/Recruiter for a minimum of 3 years ideally 5 years.
Required Experience / Knowledge
Experience:
- At least 35 years of relevant experience.
Technical Experience
Mandatory:
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook Word Excel).
Preferable:
- Familiarity with workflow tools (e.g. N tive platform).
Business Experience
Mandatory:
- Indepth knowledge of the bodyshopping sourcing market.
- Commercial acumen in dealing with internal clients and suppliers.
Preferable:
- A solid understanding of the IT market is a significant advantage.
- Prior experience in a recruitment firm.
