Job Description

Door / Valet Attendant

First impressions are everything! Your engaging smile and personality are the essence of a great Door/Valet Attendant with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.

Starting Pay Rate: $17.40 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $20.55 per hour.

Job Duties Include:

  • Assisting our arriving and departing guests while providing exceptional service
  • Assist with valeting of guest vehicles
  • Proudly be an ambassador of the property and brand promoting our facilities
  • To be familiar with all guest related activities and events within the hotel and outside agencies such as activities theatre outside transportation recreation and current events

Qualifications :

  • Class 5 BC Drivers License with a clean abstract is required
  • Ability to drive manual is required
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Knowledge of Whistler area is an asset.
