What do we do
Our Health Plans make healthcare more affordable by offering highly discounted medical services
along with Health Insurance to our customers.
Treatment for daytoday medical issues (like cough headache pain) is discounted or Free at
Clinikks medical centers while Health Insurance covers bigger expenses (like hospitalizations).
Our plans offer more benefits than a traditional insurance while being 2040% cheaper making it a
HIT amongst our customers.

What will you be doing
We are hiring Executives to be a part of our Field Salesteam which sells our Health Plans.
If you join you will go through 7 days of classroom and 21 days of onjob training to help you
understand ourproduct and services.
After your training is complete you will have an assigned territory and a monthly target for sales.
This job is on the company payroll.

What will you earn
1. A fixed salary ( 25000 to 35000)
2. 1015% of the revenue you earn as incentives every month (Our top executives earn
>Rs.40000 per month)
3. Daily Travel Allowance
4. Free Health Plan for you and your family
5. PF and Paid Leaves
6. Rewards and Recognition programs
7. Team engagement activities

What qualificationsshould you have
At least 1 years of field sales experience
Proficiency in Kannada and English
