Job Profile Senior Manager/Manager
Department Quality

Location: Sahibabad
Responsibilities:
* Candidate should ensure implementation of Control plan RM Receiving to Dispatch
* Inspection standard and SOP to be made for RM inspection Process Inspection and Final Inspection.
* Ensure SOP implementation on all Quality stages and if any issue observed in RM inform to Purchase
* If any deviation takes sign off and accepts or rejects a lot
* Monitor Rejection / Rework data and to fill in specified format on daily basis.
* Shared data during the red bin meeting with all team members.
* If any part reject at process or final stage Record defect and handover to production for rework with identification
* Verify the same after rework and take final decision Accept / Reject
* Analysis on top quality defects and support to production for corrective actions
* If any customer complaint is received from Site Enter necessary input data in Customer Complaint Register (Customer Name Location IPO Item Defect) etc.
* Assign task to Quality Engineer for root cause analysis
* Take Corrective action and communicate to concern person and assign task to Quality Engineer for root cause analysis
* Candidates should have experience in Manual WeldingSheet MetalPress shop and Quality
