- Experience Required: Mechanical Maintenance ManMachine & Material Planning
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to ensure the smooth execution of plant maintenance activities.
- Oversee overall mechanical maintenance to achieve system uptime of 98% and conduct variance analysis of breakdowns.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for each breakdown.
- Safety Exposure: Knowledge of plant safety protocols.
- Additional Expertise:
- Strong understanding of KPIbased work for gap analysis.
- Experience in mechanical maintenance management.
Specific Requirements:
- The candidate must have overall responsibility for mechanical maintenance and ensure minimal system downtime.
- Must be proficient in identifying breakdown causes and carrying out RCA for continuous improvement.
