We are looking to hire a Deputy Mechanical Manager for Lanjigarh site

Key Details:

  1. Basic Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
  2. Experience: 10 years
  3. Geographical Location: Not Applicable
  4. Industry Background: Refinery Smelter Chemical Process Fertilizer Cement Power Plant Steel Aluminium
  5. Experience Required: Mechanical Maintenance ManMachine & Material Planning
  6. Primary Responsibilities:
    • Lead a team to ensure the smooth execution of plant maintenance activities.
    • Oversee overall mechanical maintenance to achieve system uptime of 98% and conduct variance analysis of breakdowns.
    • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for each breakdown.
  7. Safety Exposure: Knowledge of plant safety protocols.
  8. Additional Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of KPIbased work for gap analysis.
    • Experience in mechanical maintenance management.

      Specific Requirements:

    • The candidate must have overall responsibility for mechanical maintenance and ensure minimal system downtime.
    • Must be proficient in identifying breakdown causes and carrying out RCA for continuous improvement.
